Please review and agree to our terms and conditions before submitting your booking.

Reborn Legacy Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the booking services provided by Reborn Legacy.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit is required to confirm and secure your booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for a refund.
The client shall provide all necessary information for the successful execution of services.
Reborn Legacy reserves the right to use photos and videos from events for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.
Any additional services requested that are not included in the original agreement may incur extra charges.
The client agrees to indemnify Reborn Legacy against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client's breach of these terms.
Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
Reborn Legacy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes to the booking but cannot guarantee availability.
These terms may be updated from time to time, and the client will be notified of any changes.

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. For projects without a specific event date, the remaining balance will be due according to the payment schedule outlined in your contract.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the scheduled date, you forfeit your deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled date are subject to payment of the full contracted amount.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

We retain the intellectual property rights to all creative works produced, unless otherwise specified in writing. A license for usage will be provided according to the terms outlined in your contract.

4. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will maintain confidentiality regarding all business and personal information provided during the course of our engagement.

Cancellation Policy
